WHPLUS V1.4

WHPLUS.DLL is a library of extensions for use by Windows Help developers.
It was originally released in June 1995.
The DLL is shareware and may be distributed freely, on condition that the 
three files listed below are distributed as a set.
Registration terms are contained in WHPLUS.HLP.

WHPLUS14.ZIP contains the following files:

. WHPLUS.DLL	Updated version of the DLL, replacing V1.3
. WHPLUS.HLP	WinHelp file to demonstrate WHPLUS.DLL
. WHPLUS14.TXT	This file
